New Squiz Screencasts - The Interfaces of MySource Matrix Open Source CMS
If you are looking for a content management system and are considering MySource Matrix, our Open Source CMS, these screencasts will give you a flavour of the two interfaces it offers for content managers, authors and administrators.
The Simple Edit Interface
The first screencast gives an overview of the Simple Edit, or "front-end editing' Interface of MySource Matrix which allows authors to edit content via the WYSIWYG editor on a simple web page interface. It therefore offers a strictly limited set of functionality, and is designed to allow authors with little or no MySource Matrix training, and limited technical skills, to edit content.
The Administration Interface
The second screencast gives an overview of the Administration, or "back-end" Interface of MySource Matrix which provides access to the full contents of the MySource Matrix system and all of its functionality. The interface is non-technical but it does require training to be able to operate properly.
